The Gerber spreading table is available in static or conveyorized models, with or without air flotation.

Customize to meet your needs

Maximum length is 15 meters (16.4 yards). Maximum width is 260 cm. Height is adjustable from 75 to 95 cm. Table sections are available in modules of 120 cm. A special 60 cm length is available on request.

The GERBERspreader 250s spreads material at up to 100 meters per minute. It features an electric cradle tilt for fast, easy loading/unloading and threading/rewinding. An optional loading system ensures safety by lifting heavy rolls.

Choose the system that’s right for you

This spreader is available in widths of 160 cm (63 in), 180 cm (71 in), 200 cm (79 in) and 220 cm (87 in). Fixed or movable end catchers are available, as well as accessories for spreading reverse-wound and flat folded material or spreading material face-to-face.

Go as big as you need to

A large cradle option is available for spreading material from very large rolls – ideal for denim, corduroy and other heavy fabrics used in apparel production.
